Start the day with a panoramic drive through Dublin, where you will see some historical buildings from centuries past, as well as more modern buildings which are architecturally interesting and well-known.  

  

Mid morning refreshment stop.

  

Afterwards a walking tour of Dublin's oldest part of the City, where you will see St. Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin Castle and Christchurch Cathedral. Your guide will tell you stories and tales about these building that have been a part of Dublin for many years. 

  

Visit Dublin's Phoenix Park, which is the largest enclosed park in Europe; described as an oasis for Dublin families and visitors for hundreds of years.  See the original trees and plant-life, free roaming deer, monuments, stately homes, historical centres, all with the Dublin Mountains as a back-drop.  There will be many fascinating facts, stories and photo opportunities.  

  

Lunch will be in a traditional pub (Not included ). 

  

In the afternoon you will have a guided tour of Glasnevin Cemetery with a resident tour guide, learning stories and tales of some of the people who are buried in the graveyard. This is a truly historical and enjoyable tour, recounting true events, which shaped Ireland, where many famous and influential people are buried amongst everyday folk. Walk up the O'Connell Tower.

A short walk from the cemetery and you will visit The National Botanical Gardens, which is spread over 47 acres of parkland.

The gardens have a huge variety of plants and trees. Perfect time to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
